 My background

I have a passion for fitness, in particular for calisthenics. I have been training for 10+ years. I reached a point in my training where i became bored with normal weight training, i wanted something different and more interesting.

This led to me focusing on calisthenics in the last number of years. My passion keeps grow and I haven't looked back since.

The enjoyment I get from being able to perform a new calisthenics exercise is exhilarating and the beauty of calisthenics is that there is always something new to learn and ways to develop. This keeps my training programs dynamic and fun with new goals always in mind.

I am excited to pass on the knowledge I have gained and share my passion for calisthenics with you. Calisthenics is a fun and effective way to train for functional strength and fitness and will transform your body in ways you never thought possible.

  • Personal Trainer (EQF Level 4)

  • Fitness Instructor (EQF Level 3)

  • Group Fitness Instructor (EQF Level 3)

  • Kettlebell Instructor (EQF Level 3)

CALISTHENICS

What is Calisthenics?

Calisthenics is a form of physical training based primarily around mastering your own bodyweight using minimal equipment. It combines strength training and basic gymnastic movements that you can do anywhere.

We will start with the basic exercises pushups, pullups, bodyweight squats and planks. Don't worry if you can't do these exercises yet. There are plenty of progressive exercises we can perform to work up to the foundational movements of calisthenics. Once a strong foundation is set we can progress to more advanced exercises like one handed pushups, muscleups, pistol squats and various advanced core exercises like dragon flags, dragon press, Frontlevers, human flags and much more!

So if you are bored of normal weight training or simply just a beginner looking to start a training program which burns as much calories and develops even greater strength and mobility, then calisthenics is for you!
