NinjaFit Classes are designed to unleash your body's maximum potential and have an amazing time doing so.

We offer group classes for persons 16 years and older and for every fitness level. Broken down by muscle group and training style, each class is capped at 12 people so everyone gets the individual attention they need.

Private classes/team classes can be organised also with 3 to 12 people per class. this option is ideal for Teams or other groups that can't make the normal class times and or want to focus on certain skills. Contact for details.

Beginners Calisthenics

 

Full body workouts bases on body weight exercises.

In these classes you will build functional strength, loose body fat, gain muscle, increase mobility, learn new skills. Most importantly enjoy your training with like minded people in a fun and friendly environment.

 

Exercise Progressions are based on each individuals ability levels - and everyone is welcome.

Calisthenics Classes

Full body workouts bases on body weight exercises.

 

In these classes you will build functional strength, loose body fat, gain muscle, increase mobility, learn new skills.

These classes will be geared towards calisthenics strength & skills and progressions to work muscleups, handstands, frontlevers, backlevers planche.

Exercise Progressions are based on each individuals' ability level - and all levels welcome.

 
 

Open Gym

Come get in a workout on my unique calisthenics and Obstacle equipment,

I will be on hand with workouts and tips if you need a hand with a workout suggestions or progressions of exercises.

This is also a great time to come in a get extra practice on handstands or any other skills you are working on.


 

Beginners Handstands & Calisthenics Class

This class is designed for beginners to learn the skills and techniques of basic handstands.

You will learn the correct alignment for the handstand and the techniques to get you upside down balancing.

These classes will also be geared towards calisthenics strength & skills and progressions to work muscleups, skin the cat,levers and parallette skills.

Exercise Progressions are based on each individuals' ability level - and all levels welcome.

Obstacles (OCR)

Private classess only

 

In these classes you will build functional strength, loose body fat, gain muscle, increase mobility, learn new skills.

 

These classes will be geared towards obstacles, monkey rings and monkey bar and other fun obstacles great for training if you intend doing a Tough Mudder or Spartan  OCR race.
