Being mobile is a crucial aspect of being healthy. If a person is not able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion, then they are already putting themselves at an increased risk of injury.

Desk job's and modern living have ruined people posture, we need to try and undo this and get back this lost mobility.

For starters try and do this daily mobility routine on the days you don't train,

  every day if you can! try it first thing in the morning and you'll feel ready for the day.
