Private classes available for 3 to 10 people. These private classes are perfect for groups of people looking to work on obstacles and grip strength before events such as Tough Mudder, Spartan and other (OCR) Obstacle Course races.
Get much needed practice on monkey rings and monkey bars, Dead ringer(ring toss), rope climbs/swings, sliding pipes, pegboard and more. Learn the technique and build grip strength and endurance so you get the most out of the event on the day and don't fall off on the first obstacle!
6-8 week boot camp style classes leading up to and event, or just a one off 1hr session.
